It is crazy. There are numerous newly planted and now dead saplings along one of the streets in the cemetery. Only about a shovelful of dirt was turned over to plant them and likely there was little or no watering scheduled. Decatur could learn so much from the exciting and successful ”A Million Trees in NYC” project.
