Description
This tree is in the corner of the alley outside of my property. As shown in the picture, it won't allow me and my neighbors to pass through our alley. After torrential rains these past few days, a big branch fell yesterday afternoon. The branch is still attached to this huge tree.
My neighbor Julie Selleck was walking her dogs yesterday. Five minutes later, she couldn't pass through our alley anymore. This dangerous situation has already happened last year. I already asked the guys from City Government to cut down this tree last year, but they refused because they said this is the concern of the Department of Public Works.
Whoever is in charge of cutting this tree, please take it down before it becomes a real physical threat to our neighborhood.
Have a wonderful day!

Thank you KBowden and the crew who removed the dropping limbs. I'm reiterating my request to please cut it down.
The Tree Surgeon inspected and cut the leaning tree inside my property last year. I asked him if he could cut that huge tree as well, but he told me I couldn't touch it because it's outside of my property fence. I looked at this tree this morning, and I noticed that the main trunk has several big, rotten holes. No wonder, torrential rains cause its huge branches to fall. My husband and I and our neighbors would appreciate it much if it could be cut down and removed so it doesn't become a cause of our anxiety, fears and inconvenience. Have a wonderful day!
