For a biking city that's trying to encourage shopping in the Broadway district, there are no easily found bike racks. At one point ABP had a really chintzy one but it was rarely even attached to the ground.

Any timeline on when a contractor with the licenses necessary to pour concrete within the public right-of-way can be hired to re-install the bike racks that fell out of the ground here?

There is a bike rack on Elm St in front of Bull Dog Burritto and Ivy Noodle as well as one on N Broadway.
