I’ve reported this before and it seems the property owner doesn’t want vehicles pulling onto the sidewalk for deliveries. It is one of the only areas with no barriers (like trees) to prevent a delivery vehicle from pulling up onto the sidewalk.
That seems to be a “No Stopping/No Parking” enforcement problem.
The property next door placed three decorative planters, not orange cones. They are an eyesore and should be a temporary fix - not 1 year.
