Our organic bin was swapped by someone in our garbage day today and the one remaining as feces(@#$%) in it infested with flies and excruciating smell . I was going to clean it but couldn't . Ours was clean . Our address is 14811 59a ave. it needs to be disposed it will make someone really sick
