答 currently these lights stagger turning green (distal/southern light turns green first for seven seconds before northern crossing light changes green, not allowing sufficient clearance of Southbound traffic) and simultaneously turn red such that Southbound traffic gets caught between lights and can interfere with turning traffic accumulation. please change to: simultaneous turning green and staggered turning red
