Trees are blocking the sidewalk on the south side of Eisenhower Parkway, just east of Stone School Rd. (and before the library).

There is a parcel of land that is in Ann Arbor Township, adjacent to 3101 E. Eisenhower. City staff does not have jurisdiction to enforce violations adjacent to this parcel.

I've contacted Ann Arbor Twp as you suggested, but they say the property is not theirs. I also contact Pittsfield Twp (which seems more appropriate since AATWP is north of A2 and so nowhere near this parcel) but they too don't claim it. If no one owns it can I plant my flag there? ;-)

This parcel has an unusual shape and it also reaches Stone School Road. Perhaps if an Eisenhower address was searched, nothing popped up. The parcel id is 81-12-10-249-002. Certainly taxes are paid to a government entity, but not the City of Ann Arbor.

That parcel doesn't show up in the Washtenaw Co. records. The address is actually on the south side of the road so it should be an even number from 3000 or higher (the next address appears to be 3090 which is Mallets Creek Branch library).

Note that the properties west of Mallets Creek library are actually listed as City of Ann Arbor parcels, with addresses on Stone School Rd. (3039, 3043, 3047; parcel #'s of 09-12-10-201-026, -027, and -028 respectively). It's these trees that need trimmed.

Yes, the trees are on private property but their branches are on public property. I'm assuming from an earlier post that you do have jurisdiction then to enforce violations. Will you be contacting the owner?
