D. What flooding problem are you reporting?
R. Severe flooding and speeding drivers. This is the second time in the last 10 days moderate heavy rains have caused this to occur. Picture from about 8am. At 930am the front year is under water. According to family and neighbors this is the primary flooding area. Down by the golf course has no flooding. This is much worse than even Irma. Is the work being done on the substation in Snell Isle Park causing this severity? Police should be out here diverting traffic around the flooded area.
