Description

2 people come in with leaf blowers every few days taking an hour to clean up a tiny parking lot at the fed ex. They usually come between 6 and 7am. I've tried calling the company to talk to them but said it is the property manager who pays them to do that. It's incredibly loud especially for so early in the morning. After fed ex they go to another building down a ways.
