I believe an ordinance should be be proposed to allow the city manager in cooperation with the public works department to have the power to approve or deny all requests for repair and/or replacement of public property which the records show has a history of repeated wonton vandalism.

The City Council approved funding for this repair at the end of Fiscal Year 2019. We are expecting to have the repairs performed this Summer. Please see Report 6175542 for further updates.
