Hello. The tree in front of my house is half dead. Its been half dead for a few year now and has that fungus that created the black spots on it in the fall. The branches keeps falling off of it and the last branch put a dent on the top of a neighbors car. Requesting for this tree to be removed and a new one planted in its place.
