Why isn't this being reported to the health dept? This is bio-hazard!!!

There was a yellow citation notice last week, saying this stuff had to be cleaned up. Nothing has been cleaned up, including actual turds lying on the ramp itself leading to the first floor. This stuff on the walls and stuck to the stair well railings has been there for weeks, if not months. None of this is new. If you're not going to cite and arrest and otherwise condemn the place, then what is the purpose of this stuff?

Remember to vote in November...our local swamp overflows with incompetents.

It's the same, of course. The property owner isn't going to listen to the tenants. Please send county inspectors, sherriffs, police, etc, to issue the necessary citations. That's what 311 is for, correct?

And the health department!

This is why we report it. 311 is about enforcement and getting the officials involved. I'm not here to get tips on how to contact the landlord. Though I can start posting his name, other properties, emails, assistants, other businesses, phone numbers, etc. Serious, Midtown. Do something.
