Please look into this very important issue that needs to be closely investigated, evaluated, and addressed as residents and commuters have to go through dark roads entire Llchester Road and especially during winters. Plus it's also not snow emergency route plus has lot of County back grasslands so high prone for Deer/other animals to cross at night times. This road ultimately leads to Two major schools and commuters drive on an average more than posted Speed limit.
