Stamps bags found in this neighborhood recently.

Police department does not care they have more important things to do so they say they do not enforce marijuana due to its legality that is what the clear little blue baggies are the stamped bags are heroin bags which once again. Thay can't do nothing unless they see the person died sleeping on the hammock is a heroin addict

I’m still finding stamp bags blowing around the neighborhood. This one right in front of my house.

Holyoke police department does not care other issues to worry about like driving around and doing nothing we had meeting couple months ago and we're supposed to have more Patrols in the area and like always all talk no action they always talk of the top and never do anything typical Holyoke

They park at the End of the Street get there drugs in the building then throw the bags out the window as they drive down the street always park at the end of the block toward Canal Street Canal Street or at the end of the street by lymen and go to the building and then come back use in their cars and throw the baggies out the window see them do all the time

They park at the two ends of the streets go to the building use in their cars and then throw it in the street as they drive down

Somewhat disheartening that the police are not acknowledging or commenting on issues posted here.

They don't care

I found dozens of stamp bags today while cleaning up trash on the street. Kinda shocked by how many I found. I just cleaned the street 2 days ago. Most of this activity must be taking place in the morning between 5:00 and 11:00 AM.

Only happening on one side of the street you only do one half of the block never find any on our side of the block coincidence new residence new van I want side of the block and now bags Auto Pound

New residents have moved in on the beginning of the block and now bags are being found never found on the other end of the street

From 1 center to 6 is where the problem is with bags being found
