Right of way in the 3200 Block of Toole Drive needs cleaning up, overgrown bushes need cutting and removing. Area is very narrow and congested for vehicles traveling the area because of the overgrown bushes and debris. Only one vehicle at a time can safely travel in this area. Area is dangerous and an eyesore.
