This has been an on-going problem in this building for several years. The super stores trash and construction supplies here for months at a time. And tenants throw away old furniture (including a mattress infested with bed bugs) here, and it remains for months until repeatedly reporting it to the city and fire department finally gets through to building management. Directly contacting management and Super have done nothing. It's only once they get fined that they do something. But the root of the problem is never resolved. The Super is Spanish-speaking, and always acts like he doesn't understand building rules and NYC law. Not sure what else to do, as it's been a full time job reporting these dangerous conditions month after month.
