The owner of the building block at the corner of Spring Street and Washington Street has still not trimmed back the weeds and Japanese knotweed that is encroaching the sidewalk. It’s almost impossible to walk on the sidewalk. This issue has been open for a very long time. Some of the neighbors who abut have cut back on the weeds, but the property owner on the corner has not.
