Bill, I've contacted the Mayor about this situation . . . ODOT messed up the timing when they installed the new lights, but Mayor Taylor has contacted them and they are aware of it. Hopefully they will fix the programming very soon, I agree it's a pain in the butt and potentially dangerous.
