I beleave that is a brown rogers cable box, they are busted open all over the city or covered up with plastic sheets and tape

bigphil26, the box is dark green metal. It's more likely Bell.

I could probably fill my memory card with photos of skewed, bursted, and broken utility boxes in Mississauga. Good to know about the en masse reporting!

No action from any utility to fix this box or any of the others on my street. What is the value of See Click Fix if nothing gets done?

I'm pretty sure this is a Bell box. I have seen Bell technicians on the street twice since I reported this problem. Nothing has been done about it. The wires are still fully exposed.

311 asked Toronto Hydro to check the "pedestal". Toronto Hydro says it belongs to Rogers. Even though teh City deals with the utilities and the pedestal is on a City boulevard, 311 tells me that I have to report this to Rogers myself.

After a great deal of difficulty in figuring out how to report this to Rogers, I was able to find a way to do it. The pedestal was fixed within four days. Thank you, Crystal at Rogers!
