Please tow this vehicle! Owner is using the public street to store his/her unregistered vehicle ... 11 months on Lindley St. and 2 months on Randall Ave. This is limited parking on this small street.

First, thanks for checking out this complaint ... unfortunately the owner was told by the police officer to move the vehicle a couple of feet every 48 hrs. The owners of the huge RV and the huge flatbed tow truck/transporter were told to do the same thing by a police officer who came out after a phone call complaint to police non-emergency. So the owners simply move these vehicles a few feet back! Again, the owner has been using the public street for storage of this unregistered vehicle ... 1-year (around the corner) on Lindley St. and 2-months on Randall Ave. Please tow this unregistered vehicle. Parking is very limited on this small street. Winter is coming and snow emergency parking is going to make parking even more limited than it is now. Police officers telling owners (who use the public street to store their unregistered vehicles, RV's and flatbed tow trucks) to simple "move a few feet" every 48-hours does not help the situation. Please tow this vehicle! Thanks.

Outrageous! Aside from the obvious ethical situation here, why does the law allow a vehicle to move just a few feet to avoid ticketing? If a vehicle is not registered, or over sized or commercial, etc., it shouldn't matter if it's moved a few feet, just that it's ticketed and removed!

This issue is still not fixed. To reiterate this unregistered vehicle is now being stored on the street round the corner on Randall Ave for 2 months. Please tow this vehicle off the street. Thanks.

Thank you! Please keep an eye on Lindley St and especially Randall Ave. Someone is using Randall Ave as a Used-Car-Dealership, by getting used cars cheap from "Kars-For-Kids" and then re-sale them over social media for profit. Thanks again.
