I think this clown should be charges with breaking and entering being as he knows what is going on inside a home that is not his.

This case raises very serious concerns that the Mayor's Action Center needs to look in to. This person has gone into backyards of houses not adjoining their own in the past with only a brief response from the MAC telling them not to. Now, they have seemingly admitted to entering the interior of a house that they do not own. This is is becoming less or a nuisance and is moving into the realm of criminality.....
