Just to confirm, the request to convert MacAdoo Ave into a one-way street eastbound between Sterling Ave and Fowler Ave? Please note that converting a two-way roadway to a one-way roadway would require a detailed traffic study to determine how diverted traffic would impact adjacent intersections/roadways and may take 6-12 months to complete.

Maybe by installing the Speed Humps it will make people slow down and take notice of the DO NOT ENTER SIGNS . Since NOW----they just go Speeding up and down the block ----ESPECIALLY between Sterling Ave and Fowler Ave. When are they going to install the speed humps ? They installed them between Westside Ave and Sterling Ave ....Why didn't they continue up the block ????

I disagree with this, in fact I would prefer this street be made two-way through the whole stretch.

Because of the fact it goes from two way to one way, it causes so many cars to go have to make a right then go barrelling down Stevens Avenue.

Ok back on July 7th 2022 you informed us that due to COVID your work frame has changed and you needed 4 to 8 weeks to complete the investigation --- Well it's now been over 20 weeks --- hasn't the investigation been completed yet ??

This was miscategorized and assigned to the wrong person. This does not mean nothing was done all this time. I am going to check in with the Directors of Traffic Engineering and Transportation to see where in the queue the study of changing the street into a one way will be viable and achieve what the requestor wants the outcome to be.

Is anything being done with this issue ??

This issue has been open since 2019. Has anything been done?

My question is 2 fold. Since there are over 1,000 outstanding issues, some of them may have been completed and never closed out. Others may never have been completed and in that case I would want to follow up.

If anything has been implemented since July 2023, was it enough? Was there any improvement?

McAdoo Ave is still a nightmare with cars speeding up and down all the time !!! Maybe by making it a one way from West side Ave all the way to Kennedy Blvd might help !!!! Or put more speed humps !

Ok, well will look at both.

I just want to let you know this has not been forgotten. We have a lot of requests and while I have not replied in awhile and do not have an update yet as to when this will be tackled, I wanted to let you know this is considered very important.
