Overgrown again. I also hear that this land owner is asking the city to forgive all of his liens. So he’s never not once mowed his two lots in over a year, the cities had to do it every single time , And now the City is going to forgive his liens which means the taxpayers paid to mow his two properties for over a year? How is that in anyway fair for the rest of us??!!
