Thanks for the new incident and email. The only person on the property should be the owner's brother-in-law who you may see cleaning it and posting proper No Trespassing signage. You may also plain clothes GPD employees who are our crime prevention officers working with the out-of-state owner to remedy any problems on the property. Once the property is properly posted then we can take enforcement action.

You may or may not know the problem tenants at 1103 NE 1st Street have been evicted. The new owners are said to have placed the trash from the clean-up of that property across the street. Hopefully the efforts at both properties will help to improve that entire street.

I'll keep you all updated as to our actions in the area.
