Comments: The car is a Lincoln Grand Marquis. The color is white. The license number is 2307D with vertical letters preceding the number as WR. The tags expired in September 2009. I have lived on this block since 2007, and this car has been there since the day I moved in. As I said earlier, we have called the police, reported this vehicle a dozen times, and still nothing happens. Can you please remove the vehicle. It has been sitting there, double-parked, for over three years!
