I want to know as well. If your transporting crap why not use the proper vehicle? A pickup. One could probably fit 3 loads into a pickup. Then one wouldn’t be going up & down so much. Also the driver keeps dropping the bucket & smashing the road. Seriously... its like every 20 minutes back & forth... SMASH... for tiny scoops of crap being moved up the hill.

Now they are driving 2 of them up & down... this time stopping to hack at our tree... just hacking away like they owned it. Its like a bad comedy show. But seriously... why the tractors up & down when it appears they are merely transporting yard waste & construction waste? Why not save energy & possible damage to our historic street by using a pickup truck?

If its city... its been used for private... & there were 2?!?! Its Friday... so city is closed... seems more BS happens on Friday cuz they can get away with it. Its just not logical. If its city they should be using the proper vehicle to transport dirt & rocks.

If it's a city vehicle, it would be driven by someone in light grey Bisbee uniforms with the city logo. If it's private you can contact the inspector Joel Ward.

Also I think the city just stopped using SeeClickFix and is migrating to a new cheaper software.

He’s connected to the ridiculous Design review board which has members that are connected to a local construction company.... its as corrupt as all the mayors/managers since Ive lived here... hopefully someone who cares & with reason @ city hall will see this & educate the persons to a better solution than up & down [now every 10 min w/2 tractors] on historic streets where their vehicles are not only oversized but overweight.
