There has been a noxious gas emitting from a sewer at 10th and Constitution Ave. NW (the sewer is actually on 10th St.) for several weeks. I work in the IRS building and walk by it daily. I assumed that "someone" knew about it and that "someone" was on top of it, but I realized that I had better contact Fix It rather than make assumptions!
