Thank you for using 311GNV to advise the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department of this issue. The installation of new bollards was discussed with both Public Works, Risk and the Department of Mobility. It was found that there was no immediate safety issues that would warrant new bollard installations. There also is no funding available at this time that would enable us to install new bollards. We will continue to monitor this and if funding is addressed then the installation will be reconsidered.

You just copied and pasted the same response as the other bollard requests. This one is different in that cars are ignoring the "No motor vehicles" sign and driving down the bike trail. I can't fathom how this would not be considered a "safety issue". I get the no funding issue, but please don't dismiss this.
