Why are private vehicles allowed to park illegally on this state owned land? There is no curb cut, vehicles drive over the curb which is unsafe to pedestrians, and often vehicles are abandoned here. Most worrysome is the fact that it seems to be the parking lot for Pauly's bar which is kitty corner. That means lots of drunk driving enabled by this state land.
