I'd like to request that the "Neighborhood Watch" sign be removed from the curb strip on the south side of my property. Earlier today I spoke with Rich, an arborist who works for the city. He told me of his plans to remove a sickly Maple and replace it with a sycamore. The sign would potentially interfere with the placement of the new tree. As well, Neighborhood Watch programs are outdated, and removal of the sign would make maintaining the curb strip much easier. Thanks!
