Description
This parking lot property at 815 Dartmoor (there is not address at the site) belongs to the Red Cross, which is located at 818 4th Street N. I have tried to report it and SCF said it was taken care of - more than a month ago. There is a 30 foot dead palm tree towering over parked cars, shrubs that are hiding the street sign, and grass that is covering and hiding the sidewalk. This is a commercial business that is violating the codes.
