Description
Residents have allowed vegetation to completely overtake easement and make no effort to maintain it, let alone remove it. Street parking is allowed only on that side of the street, so anyone parking in front of that stretch in front of 3550 7th Avenue North, so anyone who needs to exit their vehicle from the passenger side have to step out into overgrown weeds which are known to harbor insects, snakes, and who knows what else. It's impossible to see what you might be stepping on. Additionally, it's an eyesore to the rest of the neighborhood where everyone else regularly maintains their yards. The issue has been brought directly to the homeowners' attention, but they apparently refuse to do anything about it. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
