The graphics are not working. People on Columbia Rd do not understand they must yield to cars in the circle! We need a sign that says, Yield to Traffic in Circle".

Howard County follows the Federal and State Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.

p119 shows the current standard for roundabout signs.

"Yield to traffic in circle" is no longer an accepted sign.
