City Codes Enforcement has inspected the property and made contact with the property owner. The owner has been advised that the grass, especially the grass in the rear yard, is in violation of City code and needs to be mowed. Codes Enforcement will recheck the property in a few days.
With respect to the items in the driveway, while these are unsightly and certainly inconsistent with the appearnace of surrounding properties, their presence does not constitute a violation of City of Alpharetta codes or ordinances. The City has no jurisdiction or authority to compel the property owner to remove or otherwise address these items.

The grass at the subject location has been cut.
The remaining articles in the driveway are personal property that do not constitue debris or junk under City Code. In order to represent a violation, the items would have to be inoperable, broken, or in a severe state of disrepair.
