A work order will be generated to video the pipe to locate cave-ins over the pipe. then a work order will be issued to repair the cave-ins. for more info please contact customer service at 385-1470.

I’m checking up on the status of this work order. It has been since October 2019 that someone has come out to look/ fix the area shown above and the pothole is getting deeper and bigger.

This pothole is getting bigger and no one has contacted us or has been out since October of last year.
