Description
According to this constituent, she has requested a "PUBLIC RECEPTACLE" to be placed at the corner of 3rd St. & Brunswick St. due to the litter that is constantly dropped on the sidewalk. She claims to have put in multiple request for a public receptacle at this same location.

i have sent this to john lynch he is in charge of litter basket placement. currently the city has ordered additional litter baskets and are awaiting there arrival. once in Mr. lynch will review all requests and place them in the most needed areas first.
