Instead of towing these cars, all the Police does is put red stickers on the same cars over and over again and the owner of these unregistered & abandoned vehicles know nothing is going to be done. That's why they continuously do it in certain neighborhoods. The Mayor hired more Police Officers with our tax dollars for what? I wish the Mayor would realize the majority of his constituents need Police Officers to show up for other things besides gunshots and fights.
