I have complained about this property several times. Unfortunately it has fallen on deaf ears. Is there anybody out there to help us to get this property cleaned up.
This property has been like this for at least 10 years. In the past three years I have submitted several complaints. Where do we go next?

Thank you for sharing your concern about this property. The previous Code Enforcement Team did not provide the level of service expected by the City, so the team was replaced. The issue is further complicated by multiple properties and property owners. The Code Enforcement Supervisor will review the property and issues posted, and will take appropriate enforcement action against the property owners.
Once we have take formal action, this item will be updated with new information.

As of 11/12/19 this property is still an open and active case for the Code Enforcement Division. Code Enforcement has been in contact with property owner regarding necessary steps to get property into compliance.

As of 12/20/19 this property is still an open and active case for the Code Enforcement Division.
The property owners at 523 S Atlanta St have cleaned up most of the code violations on their property. There is a parcel behind that address that also has violations, and it is a separately owned property. Code Enforcement continues to try to work with both property owners to get the entire area into compliance.
