There is a dead tree in the front yard at this property and some of the dead tree limbs partially block the sidewalk. I was wondering if the city could cut back the dead tree limbs that are over the sidewalk? Unfortunately, this home is not owner occupied and the owner lives in Florida so the owner hasn't done anything with the dead tree, it's been dead a long time. If the city could just cut the dead branches away from the sidewalk I would appreciate it so much. THANK YOU!
