The storm drains at our intersection is home to hundreds of roaches. They generally appear in the evening and swarm the curb and porches of neighboring homes. The have also started appearing in homes.

This situation with the roaching in the basin inlet has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Mgmt Team (20020911342) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
