I’d like it to be regulated based on the code already in place, per neighborhood. Which does not allow Airbnb in most instances.
Unfortunately it’s near impossible for municipalities to manage. That’s why hostcompliance.com was created and other Florida Counties are using it.
The more homes taken off the market for Airbnb/vrbo means housing becomes less affordable for people who want to work and live in St Pete.
