Stockbridge Code Enforcement and the City Manager and City Planner visited this location on Monday and have now made contact with the property owner and legal counsel for the property owner. This is the location of the former Wendy's and Sunoco at HWY 138 and Mt Zion Pkwy. The property owner has filed paperwork to renovate the property to become a RaceWay. The City put the property owner on notice for multiple violations.

This issue has been resolved by the City of Stockbridge and service request ID 670935 is now closed. The site was cleaned up by the property owner.
