Sharraxaadda

There are no arrows painted on the road but the green light shows two left arrows in both lanes. I nearly had an accident when the car on my right (no turn signal) turned left into my lane while I was going from Bank of America straight across Midlothian. I was not looking at his left turn green light arrow. Arrows need to be painted on the road.
