checked today and found that the SB on ramp has a bad sensor. The Traffic Signal Dept is aware of this sensor and have it on their list to replace it soon. this bad sensor requires that the side street come up every cycle and run on a timer because it cannot sense the vehicles for that lane. I have adjusted times to help it run more smoothly.

bad sensor caused the problem mentioned above, the sensor is on a list to be replaced. time adjusted until it is replaced.
