The witch museum has 2 trash dumpsters on a city street. Their private trash company just emptied their dumpsters very loudly for 15 minutes starting at 5:35 am this is an ongoing issue with the health department why hasn’t it been resolved?

An inspection was conducted by the Salem Board of Health on 10-2-19. Receptacles are being stored on private property and are being maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.
This request is being forwarded to Salem Building Department for follow up on the noted time of trash removal.
