Should be sent to BOH, need dumpster permit. and also to Building Dept. Need building permit.

The problems I've seen on SCF with building permits is either the homeowners didn't apply for one and went ahead with the work anyway, or they acquired one but didn't post it in a place visible to the public. I would think that would be a major requirement when being granted a permit. It would save us all a lot of posting if people just did what they were supposed to do.

These issues are not enforced by the police department. I will forward your complaint to the mayor's office for assignment to the proper department.
