What is the issue?

Sorry - the description and photo didn't go come through. We have a business that has a loading dock with truck access from Old Canton Street. People are parking on both sides of the street and it is extremely difficult for an 18 wheeler to come down the street and back up into our loading dock. We had an 18 wheeler take about 45 minutes to try and get to our loading dock. We are now getting charged an extra fee for delivery because of the difficulty the trucks are having coming down the street. I believe there is only supposed to be parking on one side of the street.

Parking is allowed on both sides of the street according to Public Safety. On street parking issues are handled by PS directly and need to be reported in person at the PS building on Old Milton or by phone at 678-297-6300
