Both Bars are a problem....ECLIPSE AND FRANKIES if they are to stay open they need to be regulated and monitored by police at closing time. I have had beer bottles thrown in the street numerous times and one at my car. They are not supposed to leave the bar to smoke, or at closing time with their drinks. Not to mention all the brawls going on at closing time. Last summer they where out here on S Clinton with big boards of wood beating each other. I am very thankful it was guns.
