Descripción
Severely depleted soil in the tree boxes on Longfellow on this side of the street. The grass has all died, and all that remains is hard-packed sand that erodes with every storm and exposes tree roots.
I understand that soil maintenance in tree boxes is a DDOT tree service issue.
