The signage at the intersection of Hobbs and Bell is confusing. For folks coming from the Arsenal, the is a yield sign when turning right onto Bell. For the folks turning left onto Bell, they have a flashing yellow arrow to turn when clear (yield). Every day I see traffic either grind to a halt because both drivers try to yield, or both drivers try to advance at the same time thinking the other will yield. Can signage be improved at this intersection to better state which driver has the right of way? Perhaps a “yield when red” sign for the drivers turning right from Hobbs onto Bell?
